Printing Operator – Fresher / Experienced

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. 0 to 5 years of experience in printing operations or related fields preferred.

Skills Required: Basic knowledge of printing machines and printing processes. Understanding of color accuracy, print quality, and material handling. Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain printing equipment efficiently. Familiarity with digital printing, offset printing, large-format printing, or screen printing is an added advantage. Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills. Attention to detail and quality control awareness. Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace. Valuable teamwork and time management skills. Willingness to learn recent printing technologies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities: Operate and monitor printing machines as per production requirements. Ensure print quality, color consistency, and proper machine functioning. Handle printing materials, inks, papers, and related equipment carefully. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance. Coordinate with the design and production team for print execution. Meet daily production targets and deadlines. Follow company safety and operational procedures.

Terms and Conditions: Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to company standards and workflows. Initial 3 months will be considered as a training/orientation period. Employee should meet quality and performance expectations. Relevant educational documents, experience certificates, or references may be required. Offer letter and company agreements must be signed upon joining. Passport with minimum 2 years validity is preferred. Candidate should be willing to travel to other locations, including foreign countries, if required.

Salary: ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and performance)
