Our Story: Our client has a vision to transform patient experience in the underserved markets by bridging the gap which exists in primary healthcare. Our client is introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfilment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of Hub, Spoke and a network of satellite health centres. Job Purpose The Lead B2B Distribution will be responsible for building, scaling, and governing the end-to-end B2B distribution network within the assigned region/circle. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by building highly optimized lead routing frameworks, establishing robust corporate partnerships, placing the right channel structures, and maintaining a high level of operational hygiene parameters to achieve predictable, repeatable business results. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Distribution & Channel Architecture
- Network Blueprinting: Formulate and execute the regional B2B distribution roadmap to expand the organization s corporate and channel footprint.
- Structure & Placement: Design and implement the right field/sales structure to maximize market coverage across designated territories and industrial hubs.
- Lead Routing Strategy: Architect automated lead scoring, segmentation, and distribution workflows (e.g., territory-based or round-robin routing) ensuring high-intent corporate leads instantly reach the best-suited sales champions. 2. Operational Governance & Hygiene
- Sales Pipeline Hygiene: Enforce complete data accuracy across the CRM system to track and optimize parameters like Lead Response Time and conversion ratios.
- Compliance & Audits: Monitor corporate account onboarding, credit terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee full adherence to corporate policies.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct periodic operational reviews, identifying and removing friction points in the supply/sales distribution funnel. 3. Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work tightly with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to synchronize B2B lead generation campaigns with real-world distribution capabilities.
