Verbal Trainer (Ranchi)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Verbal Ability Faculty member to teach students preparing for MBA entrance examinations. The candidate should possess strong command over English language concepts, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Para Jumbles, Critical Reasoning, and Verbal Logic. The role involves classroom teaching, content development, doubt-solving, test analysis, and student mentoring. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for CAT and other MBA entrance exams.
- Conduct online/offline live classes with high student engagement.
- Prepare study material, assignments, sectional tests, and mock questions.
- Guide students in RC strategies, vocabulary building, and verbal reasoning techniques.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized feedback.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision workshops.
- Stay updated with latest CAT/XAT exam patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content enhancement. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command over English language and communication skills.
- Robust understanding of CAT Verbal syllabus and exam trends.
- Ability to teach Reading Comprehension, Para Summary, Odd One Out, Para Jumbles, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning.
- Prior teaching experience for CAT/GMAT/GRE/Banking/SSC verbal sections preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain student engagement.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools is an added advantage. Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional aptitude and communication skills may also apply. Pay: ₹15,000.00
