Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Ranchi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with budget planning. Key responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Solid proficiency in using accounting software and tools for maintaining accurate records
- Analytical skills to prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and conduct financial analysis
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
