Guest Relation Executive Receptionist Ranchi

The Receptionist / Guest Relation Officer will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless assistance. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and strong communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Guest Welcome: Greet and receive guests with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism. Active Listening: Listen attentively to guest needs, concerns, or queries with patience and empathy. Reception Management: Stay focused at the reception desk, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a skilled workplace. Guest Assistance: Connect guests with the required departments or services promptly. Responsive Communication: Respond to guest inquiries with eagerness, alertness, and accuracy. Prompt Service: Deliver timely responses and solutions to guest requests. Required Competencies Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed in all guest interactions. Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay attentive at the reception desk. Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and qualified verbal and written communication. Listening Skills: Ability to understand guest needs and respond appropriately. Responsiveness: Quick and efficient handling of guest requests. Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Prior experience in reception, front office, or guest relations roles is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹9,030.71
- ₹14,000.00 per month
