The Mid-Level Deputy Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, error interpretation, and compliance with tax and reconciliation processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to validate and interpret complex financial data, and the capacity to mentor junior staff while coordinating cross-functional accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Financial Interpretation & Validation
- Apply strong interpreting knowledge to analyse and validate financial entries.
- Identify, bifurcate, and resolve discrepancies in accounts and ledgers.
- Utilize foundry knowledge to interpret and reciprocate accounting errors effectively. Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct validating analysis practices to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Marginalize and analyse bank statements for reconciliation and tendering processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on deductions, reimbursements, and forfeitures. Tax & Compliance
- Mentor and coordinate tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Oversee reconciliation processes and ensure timely submission of tax filings. Operational Support
- Support purchase reimbursements and deductions with accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency. Mentorship & Coordination
- Guide junior accountants in best practices for reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between finance, procurement, and compliance departments. Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid interpreting and validating analysis skills.
- Ability to bifurcate and resonate financial/account entries with precision.
- Foundry knowledge for error interpretation and resolution.
- Expertise in tax coordination, reconciliation, and deduction processes.
- Proficiency in analysing bank statements and tendering procedures.
- Excellent mentoring and team coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reconciliation standards. Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits:
