The selected candidate will deliver training programs, provide academic support to teachers, and help improve classroom teaching practices. This role involves regular travel within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions for teachers and students.
- Deliver teacher development programs to enhance classroom effectiveness.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Provide mentoring and academic support to teachers.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain training records and submit reports.
- Coordinate with internal academic teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Build positive relationships with school stakeholders. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in English.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools is an advantage. Pay: ₹9,430.51
