Visit .Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Intern to support in identifying industry trends, audience insights, market opportunities, and strategic growth areas. The role involves conducting research across books, publishing, digital media, reader communities, and competitor platforms to support business and content decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market and industry research related to books, publishing, reader communities, and digital content platforms.Analyze competitor platforms, content strategies, audience engagement trends, and monetization models.Research potential authors, publishers, reviewers, influencers, and collaboration opportunities.Collect and organize data related to user behaviour, market trends, and platform performance.Support the team with research-based insights for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and growth strategies.Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and research documents for internal discussions.Identify emerging trends in social media, reading communities, and digital engagement strategies.Assist in brainstorming and validating new ideas for platform expansion and audience growth.Maintain databases, research trackers, and documentation in an organised manner.Work closely with business development, marketing, and content teams to support strategic initiatives.Skills & RequirementsStrong research and analytical skills.Good written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to gather, interpret, and present information clearly.Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, presentations, and online research tools.Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.Curious mindset with an interest in trends, digital platforms, and audience behaviour.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.Preferred ProfileStudents or freshers interested in research, business strategy, marketing, publishing, or digital media.Passion for books, literature, online communities, and content platforms is an added advantage.Email: Tell us why you want to work with us?
