The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth workflow execution. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess good negotiation skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and operational requirements 2. Source new vendors and maintain a reliable vendor database 3. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency 4. Conduct daily follow-ups with vendors and internal teams for task completion 5. Maintain and update operational data and records accurately 6. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations 7. Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner 8.
