Business Analayst (Hazira)

Location: Surat, Hazira Department : Digital Technology Job Title: Business & Functional Analyst: Digital Manufacturing Education : BE/Btech ( IT/CE/Mech/Prod) Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
• IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies
• Understanding of SDLC
• Deal with software vendors and getting system developed
• Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, & other legacy systems
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.
• Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI/UX experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Functional Domain (Manufacturing
- Planning
- Project management
- Procurement
- maintenance etc.) or as a Business Analyst in corporate environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS/Quality systems etc.).
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc.
• Positive at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins/RPA/AI-ML etc.).
