Inventory Executive (Kim)

Job Title: Inventory Executive Experience: 3 Year Location: Bhatkol,Mangrol (Surat) Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
- Manage and monitor plant labour/workforce efficiently.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Handle inventory management including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards in the plant.
- Prepare daily production and inventory reports.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of labour handling and inventory control.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
