Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location: Bhatkol,Mangrol (Surat)

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day plant operations and production activities. Manage and monitor plant labour/workforce efficiently. Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines. Handle inventory management including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards in the plant. Prepare daily production and inventory reports. Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in plant supervision or manufacturing operations. Robust knowledge of labour handling and inventory control. Valuable leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
