UI/UX Designer (Adajan)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
- Maintain design consistency across platforms using design systems
- Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Good communication and collaboration skills
