- Mechanical Design Expertise
- In-depth knowledge and experience in mechanical design principles for complex components and systems.
- Material Evaluation & Selection
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate materials for mechanical components considering end application, temperature, pressure, and other working conditions.
- Simulation & Analysis
- Proficiency in FEA softwareand robust understanding of:
- Mechanical engineering principles
- Materials science
- Heat transfer and thermodynamics concepts
- Design Validation
- Relevant experience in:
- Checking load-controlled stress limits to prevent plastic collapse
- Verifying compliance with strain limits under sustained high-temperature exposure
- Assessing fatigue and creep-fatigue damage during thermal cycles
- Evaluating buckling stability at operating temperature
- Integrating stress/strain results with Code procedures to evaluate creep rupture, fatigue life, and combined creep-fatigue failure modes
- High-Temperature Applications

- Finite Element Modeling
- Expertise in discretizing CAD models by creating finite element meshes, selecting appropriate element types and mesh densities to capture structural behavior accurately while optimizing computational efficiency.

- Hands-on experience with simulation software for casting and forging processes.
- Failure Analysis
