Software Engineer Back-End Developer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and up-to-date microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend systems and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
- Develop efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core and Dapper
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and Dapper
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server or equivalent)
- Understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture
- Experience with version control systems like Git Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with message queues or event-driven architecture Work Model
