Mechanical Design Engineer (Robotics) (Karnataka)

We are hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing robotics engineering team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities Design and develop robotic systems, assemblies, and mechanical components Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs Perform GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis Optimize designs using DFMA principles for manufacturability, reliability, and cost Conduct FEA, structural, thermal, and kinematic simulations Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities Conduct product testing and engineering validation Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 3 years of hands-on mechanical design experience Robotics or automation experience preferred Robust knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and DFMA Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools (SolidWorks preferred) Good understanding of bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, and actuators Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mmkhy
