Role & responsibilities Role Summary The CSR person leads the design, governance, and scaling of CSR programs aligned to company priorities (nutrition, health, sustainability, livelihoods, education). The role involves developing portfolio strategy, establish partner ecosystem, impact measurement, budget governance, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Nutrition/HR, Legal/Compliance, Communications and business leadership. The role will be reporting to Head, Nutrition Science (Foods Business Division). Key Responsibilities 1. Design, governance, and scaling of CSR programs aligned to company priorities 2. Define CSR thematic strategy, annual priorities, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business values and community needs. 3. Ideate and build a balanced project portfolio (flagship + scale programs + pilots + emergency response, DRM). 4. Prepare annual CSR plans for CSR Committee approvals, including budgets, rationale, and expected outcomes. 5. Program Design, Scaling & Partner Ecosystem 6. Identify and onboard credible NGOs/implementation agencies through structured due diligence and capability assessment. 7. Co-create program designs with clear Theory of Change, logical frameworks, and measurable outcomes (e.g., anemia reduction pathways, nutrition literacy improvements, women livelihood outcomes). 8. Drive standardization of program toolkits, training modules, and implementation SOPs. 9. Governance, Compliance and execution 10. Ensure robust CSR governance: partner contracts, finance controls, audit readiness, and compliance documentation. 11. Lead risk assessment (financial, reputational, implementation, safeguarding) and mitigation plans. 12. Coordinate audits, utilization checks, third-party evaluations and closure of audit observations. 13. Impact Measurement & Reporting 14. Establish impact measurement framework with baselinemidlineendline approach, KPIs, data quality checks, and reporting cadence. 15. Oversee creation of annual CSR report inputs, Board/CSR Committee decks, and regulator-ready documentation. 16. Build credible impact narratives: case studies, beneficiary journeys, and measurable outcomes. 17. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership 18. Partner closely with: 19. Corporate CSR (SIP): Proposals, quarterly, tracking and reporting, ways of working, SOPs, 20. Finance: budget governance, disbursement schedules, UC management, grant accounting alignment 21. Nutrition/HR: Content development, technical validation, training design, outcome measurement 22. Legal/Compliance: MoUs, contracts, partner policies, risk controls 23. Act as single point of contact for CSR reviews with leadership 24. External Engagement & Partnerships 25. Support Building partnerships with government bodies, academic institutions, multilateral organizations, and CSR networks for scale and credibility. 26. Represent the company in relevant forums; manage MoUs and collaborations. 27. People Leadership 28. Mentor and manage CSR associates/executives. 29. Build a high-performance culture with explicit goals, coaching, and review mechanisms. Key Deliverables (KPIs)

- Master’s in Social Work / Public Policy / Public Health / Nutrition / Development / MBA
- 7- 10 years’ experience in CSR, development sector, philanthropy, program management, or ESG roles; experience managing multi-partner portfolios is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking + execution excellence
- Strong governance orientation; audit readiness mindset
- Budgeting and financial acumen (Invoice, UC, financial controls)
- Impact evaluation knowledge
- Robust stakeholder management and executive communication
- High integrity, people leadership, vendor/partner negotiation Travel
- Field travel: min 10days a month, depending events and activities. Common Tools & Systems Expertise
- MS Excel/PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, basic dashboards
- Partner reporting templates, evidence folder systems, MIS tools (where applicable) Working Conditions
- Minimum 15 days of field level engagements including extended travel
