Job Description – Embedded Memory Design Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5 Years Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Memory Design Engineer with solid expertise in custom memory circuit design, SRAM/Fast Cache architecture, and memory compiler development for advanced semiconductor technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on embedded memory design and integration across FinFET technology nodes (7nm/5nm preferred) . The ideal candidate must be a hardcore memory circuit engineer with deep understanding of memory architecture, bit-cell design, peripheral circuits, timing optimization, and low-power memory implementation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop: Embedded SRAMs Fast Cache memories Register Files Custom memory macros Work on: Memory compiler development Memory architecture optimization Memory integration into SoC/subsystems Perform detailed circuit design for: Bit-cells Sense amplifiers Decoders Write/read assist circuits Timing and control circuits Optimize memory designs for: Performance Power Area (PPA) Collaborate with: Physical Design teams Layout engineers SoC architects Foundry teams Support: Circuit simulation Silicon debug Design validation Yield and reliability analysis Ensure successful implementation across advanced technology nodes. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in: Embedded Memory Design SRAM/Fast Cache Design Memory Compiler Development Custom circuit design Hands-on experience in: FinFET 7nm / 5nm technologies Advanced node memory implementation Strong understanding of: Memory bit-cell operation Peripheral design Timing closure Low-power memory techniques Variation-aware design Expertise in circuit simulation and debugging.
