Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in multilayer PCB design, layout, and validation. The ideal candidate will have robust skills in high-speed board design, signal integrity, and working closely with hardware teams to deliver reliable and manufacturable designs.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop PCB layouts for complex electronic systems (multilayer boards).

Translate schematics into optimized PCB layouts following design constraints.

Perform component placement, routing, and stack-up definition.

Ensure signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).

Work on high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, USB, HDMI, and Ethernet.

Collaborate with hardware engineers for schematic reviews and design optimization.

Generate fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerber, ODB++, BOM, pick-and-place files).

Perform design rule checks (DRC) and ensure compliance with manufacturing guidelines.

Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors for design validation and issue resolution.

Support board bring-up and debugging activities.

Maintain documentation for PCB designs and revisions.

Required Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in PCB design and layout.

Robust understanding of PCB design fundamentals and layout techniques.

Hands-on experience with multilayer boards and high-speed designs.

Knowledge of SI/PI, impedance control, and routing constraints.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT principles.

Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics PADS.

Experience with high-speed and RF PCB design.

Knowledge of thermal management and power distribution techniques.

Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance and design practices.

Exposure to rigid-flex and HDI PCB design.
