The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating high-performing educational and organic content using both industry-standard editing software and the latest AI tools. You will work closely with content creators, educators, and marketing teams to create engaging content viewed by over 5 million learners across India and global markets. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit long-form and short-form educational content, tutorials, explainers, and case studies.
- Perform color grading, audio enhancement, and quality control.
- Optimize content for YouTube and social media platforms. AI Content Creation
- Generate AI-powered visuals, avatars, B-rolls, and transitions.
- Work with tools such as Veo3, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Sora.
- Seamlessly integrate AI-generated assets into final video productions. Creative Storytelling
- Develop compelling visual narratives and educational content structures.
- Create storyboards and visual concepts aligned with audience engagement goals.
- Understand learner psychology and retention-focused storytelling. Motion Graphics & Audio
- Design motion graphics, title cards, lower thirds, and branded visual assets.
- Handle sound design, music layering, and voice synchronization.
- Deliver polished, professional-quality content. Project Management
- Maintain organized project files and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams.
