Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Customer Support Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing timely and effective support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires managing online and offline interactions with customers and assisting them with their real estate and related service needs through NoBroker's platform.
Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address and resolve client concerns Experience in Online Support and Technical Support to assist customers with platform navigation and resolve technical issues Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet customer expectations promptly Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer support software Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields is preferred Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is an asset but not mandatory Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3zeg
