Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for senior teachers (at the level of Assoc Professors or Professors) in the department of CIVIL Engineering (also required for AERONAUTICAL Engineering) at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, located in Bengaluru North. Professors will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced-level curriculum, conducting impactful research, publishing in high-quality journals, engaging in academic administration, and contributing to advancements in their areas of expertise. Qualifications
- Expertise in relevant subjects
- Leadership and administration experience
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including creating and implementing innovative courses.
- Commitment to teaching excellence and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ph.D. in related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students and peers effectively.
- Track record of scholarly publications and research contributions in reputable journals.
