Technical Content Writer (Karnataka)

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Content writer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you won't just be watching from the sidelines, you will be an active contributor to our brands digital presence. This is an opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world execution, working across social media, SEO, and multi-channel content strategy. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Content Development & Strategy Draft & Design: Create compelling copy for social media posts, blog drafts, and website landing pages. Research: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends and technical topics to support high-quality content creation. Asset Coordination: Assist in gathering and organizing visual and text-based assets for various marketing campaigns. 2. Editorial & Brand Integrity Proofreading: Act as the final line of defense for accuracy, grammar, and clarity across all digital assets. Brand Alignment: Learn and apply our internal brand style guidelines to ensure a consistent "voice" across all platforms. 3. Social Media & Community Management Scheduling: Execute the social media calendar by scheduling and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and other platforms. Engagement: Monitor community interactions and assist in drafting real-time responses to comments and messages. Analytics: Help track and report on monthly social media performance metrics to identify what resonates with our audience. 4. SEO & Search Growth Keyword Research: Perform basic keyword analysis to identify high-potential search terms. Optimization: Assist in updating existing website content with on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, and internal linking). 5. Research, Analysis & Collaboration Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry news to provide actionable insights for our content team. Creative Brainstorming: Participate in weekly creative sessions and contribute fresh ideas for upcoming campaigns. Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the content team on high-priority projects. Key Focus Areas
