Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, fostering a seamless user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualified & Technical Skills: -
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with client relationship management tools.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
