Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating innovative solutions to address business needs and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the development and implementation of new software applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Proficiency in Workday Learning
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Learning
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
