Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to utilize your exceptional communication skills to address client issues effectively, leveraging your deep product knowledge to design and implement appropriate resolutions. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout your interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based applications and services.
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex application environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
