Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to leverage your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and support, while also utilizing your deep product knowledge to accurately diagnose issues and design effective resolutions. You will be dedicated to fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the smooth functioning of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system reliability and performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in application support.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Automation DevOps, Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
