Summary: High impact Automation Lead focused on designing, building, and operationalizing GenAI and Agentic based automation solutions across Infrastructure and Application Managed Services. This role is responsible for translating business and operational requirements into scalable automation workflows, leveraging Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration to drive intelligent automation beyond traditional scripting. The role operates as a hands on technical lead, working closely with delivery leads, SMEs, and platform teams to embed secure, compliant, and production ready AI automation into enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Automation & GenAI Solution Design
- Partner with Delivery Leads and stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize GenAI / Agentic automation use cases
- Translate operational and business needs into well defined automation and AI problem statements
- Design end to end automation workflows using GenAI and agentic patterns

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with natural language processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their integration with AI solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AI applications.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
