Job Description As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound activities, including proactive outreach, relationship building, and cross-selling our bank's products and services. You will be a key player in delivering an exceptional banking experience to our business customers. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and goals. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, meetings, and networking events. Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services, including loans, deposits, investment solutions, and more. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to enhance your sales strategies. Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Business Banking team. Represent Kotak Mahindra Bank professionally and positively in all external interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business banking or a related industry. Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management and transaction processing. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions. Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Solid work ethic and a customer-centric approach.
