Manager - Finance & Accounts (Karnataka)

We're Hiring: Manager – Finance & Accounts | Xeed Ventures | Bengaluru At Xeed Ventures , we back exceptional founders building the next wave of technology companies. As an early-stage VC fund and often the first institutional investor on the cap table, we partner deeply with founders — bringing capital, strategic guidance, and a strong network to the table. We're now looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our team and own the financial backbone of the fund. What you'll do This is a high-ownership role where you'll lead fund-level financial operations end-to-end:
• Own capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and expense management
• Drive compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax, and SEBI (AIF) Regulations — including PPM compliance, valuation norms, dematerialization, and audit requirements
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and banking partners
• Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
• Collaborate with the investment team on portfolio companies
• Strengthen internal controls, build SOPs, and improve operational efficiency ✅ What we're looking for
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 6 years in finance management, fund accounting, VC/PE, or investment management post qualification
• Strong grip on accounting standards and Indian regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory filings independently
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Sharp analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication
• Comfortable thriving in a lean, quick-paced environment Why Xeed?
