Job Title- Assistant Manager- Financial Analyst (Hotel- Advisory & Development) Location- Bengaluru (Amrutahalli) Working hours- 9:00 am 6:00 pm Working days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working. Job Description- A Financial Analyst to support financial feasibility studies and investment analysis for hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, wellness, mixed-use developments). The role involves building detailed financial models, evaluating project viability, and supporting advisory mandates from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Build and manage detailed financial models in Excel for hospitality projects Conduct feasibility studies including P&L; projections, cash flows, IRR, NPV, and payback analysis Integrate market data (ADR, occupancy, demand trends) into financial projections Analyze development costs, operating assumptions, and revenue forecasts Support investment advisory for hotel owners, developers, and investors Prepare feasibility reports, presentations, and investment decks Work closely with internal teams to translate feasibility into execution strategy Ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of all financial outputs Candidate Profile MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent 4-8 years of experience in financial modeling, hospitality consulting, or real estate advisory Core Skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (mandatory) Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA) Knowledge of investment evaluation metrics (IRR, NPV) High attention to detail and analytical thinking Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience in hotel/resort feasibility studies Exposure to asset positioning, or development planning Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior stakeholders What Were Looking For A hands-on, detail-oriented qualified who can independently build financial models, translate market insights into viable projections, and contribute to high-quality, client-ready outputs.
