The Role We are seeking a Visual Design Expert with 3–6 years of experience who possesses a rare blend of product thinking and high-end artistic execution. This role is not for a generalist; we need a specialist who is deeply passionate about Character Design, Custom Illustrations, and Motion Graphics. Key Responsibilities Character Design: Conceptualize and develop unique brand characters that enhance the learning experience and build emotional stickiness with users. High-Fidelity Illustration: Create bespoke visual assets and narratives that simplify complex educational concepts into intuitive, beautiful graphics. Motion Design: Bring the product to life with fluid animations and transitions that guide the user journey and provide instant feedback. Visual Product Strategy: Collaborate with the founding team to ensure the visual DNA is consistent across the entire B2C product ecosystem. Engagement-First Design: Apply B2C design principles to maximize user retention and delight. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3–6 years in a high-growth B2C setting (EdTech, Gaming, or consumer apps preferred). Visual Craft: Exceptional portfolio showcasing advanced Character Design and Digital Illustration skills. Motion Expertise: Hands-on experience with After Effects, Lottie, or similar motion tools to create in-app animations. Product Fluency: Strong understanding of Product/UX design principles; you know how to make art functional within a digital interface.
