Sr. Associate - Portfolio Management (Karnataka)

Key Responsibilities Portfolio engagement: Partner closely with all Fund portfolio companies to drive value in line with overall investment strategy and return objectives. Cultivate and manage founder relationships to enable strategic alignment and business outcomes. Support follow-on investment decisions and ensure companies are well-positioned for subsequent capital raises. Portfolio oversight: Actively drive portfolio performance against investment theses, milestones, and ROI outcomes. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards across the portfolio. Contribute actively towards the overall fund level strategy. Key Skills/Abilities Analytical and financial acumen with high ownership. Strong curiosity for technology, business models, and the startup ecosystem. Ability to manage multiple portfolio companies and priorities in a rapid-paced environment. Good grasp of startup metrics, business models, and company evolution across stages. Qualification/Experience Required 3 5 years of experience in venture capital or a high-growth startup. Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
