- Packaging, 2D-3D Motion & Marketing We’re looking for someone who understands one simple truth: People don’t read packs. They scan, feel, and decide. If you can design for that moment
- keep reading. What we’re building We’re taking food from farms to homes. But in between that journey lies a shelf, a screen, and a split-second decision. That decision is design. What you’ll do (a lot more than “just packaging”) Make products impossible to ignore Design packaging across categories and SKUs Collaborate with systems that scale (because we won’t stop at 5 products) Structure information so it’s clear, compliant, and compelling Turn packs into visuals people want to click Create 3D pack, workplace renders and mockups Build hero visuals for campaigns and marketplaces Support motion designers with usable 3D assets Create simple product animations, motion graphics, and dynamic compositions for campaigns and digital platforms Develop motion-led creatives for ecommerce, quick commerce, social media, and digital ads Edit videos for launches, product storytelling, advertisements, and performance marketing campaigns Use existing product renders and assets to build engaging visual storytelling through motion Contribute to both static and motion formats depending on campaign requirements Show up everywhere the brand lives Design creatives for ecommerce, quick commerce, and digital ads Work on print, retail, and on-ground branding Adapt campaigns across static, motion, and video formats without losing quality Create platform-ready outputs optimized for different digital channels and placements Move fast without breaking things (especially layouts) Handle multiple SKUs, updates, iterations, and motion adaptations Maintain organized project files, motion assets, and editable source files Keep details sharp even when timelines aren’t Work efficiently across parallel workstreams and tight deadlines Use AI as a creative amplifier, not a shortcut Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini Flow, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) to generate high-quality visual directions, concepts, and assets Write effective prompts to create campaign-ready imagery, product compositions, and backgrounds Explore AI for faster ideation, variation, and visual experimentation Combine AI outputs with design craft to achieve production-ready quality Don’t just design
- contribute to what gets designed Generate ideas for creatives, campaigns, motion hooks, and product storytelling Assist in shaping content direction for ads, packs, videos, and listings Collaborate with marketing to bring sharper, more effective communication Explore new-age motion styles, transitions, storytelling formats, and content structures What you should bring 2-6 years of design experience Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy Solid experience in packaging design (non-negotiable) Working knowledge of 3D tool
- Blender, from modelling, staging, lighting, rendering to AI-assisted visualization tools (non-negotiable) Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing (non-negotiable) Understanding of print production and motion workflows And more importantly: Ability to turn complex information into clear, effective design Strong attention to detail
- especially in labels, alignment, motion timing, and print accuracy Comfort working across packaging, marketing creatives, motion graphics, and digital formats Understanding of lighting, texture, composition, and environments across 3D/2D workflows Ability to handle multiple SKUs, iterations, and tight timelines A sharp sense of what works on shelf vs what performs on screen Understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling in short-form digital content Ability to simplify communication visually through both static and motion mediums You don’t wait for content(copy)
- you help shape it You don’t just use AI
- you direct it You understand when static works and when motion can make it stronger Bonus points if You’ve worked on FMCG or D2C brands You understand how products and creatives behave on marketplaces You’ve created motion-led creatives for ecommerce, q-commerce, or digital advertising You’ve used AI to create production-level creatives, not just experiments You’ve ever redesigned a pack and thought, “this will sell better now” You understand how to make products feel dynamic through motion, transitions, and storytelling What we’re looking for You’re not just designing packaging. You’re designing how the brand moves, feels, and performs across shelves, screens, and campaigns. Because today, products don’t just compete in stores. They compete in scrolls, thumbnails, reels, quick commerce grids, and split-second attention spans. If you care about craft, clarity, storytelling, motion, impact
- and know how to bend AI to your will
- we’d like to talk. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9rwh
