Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative Student Success & Operations Intern to join our Pre-Admissions team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for prospective students and parents — helping them transition smoothly from enquiry to enrollment. You’ll assist with operations, communications, and engagement initiatives that build trust and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities As a Student Success & Operations Intern, you will: Pre-Admissions & Student Engagement Reach out to prospective students via calls and messages to follow up on their admissions interest and guide them through next steps Respond promptly and professionally to student and parent queries (calls, WhatsApp, email) Act as a batch manager for assigned students
- nurturing, tracking, and supporting them throughout the pre-engineering journey Build rapport with students and parents to ensure trust, clarity, and high engagement Campus Visits & On-Ground Support Coordinate and manage campus visits for prospective students and parents Personally guide students during campus visits
- explaining facilities, programs, culture, and student life Serve as the single point of contact for students during their transition from PEC admission to campus experience Ensure students feel supported, informed, and welcomed during on-campus interactions Admissions Operations & Coordination Support the admissions team in tracking outreach, responses, and follow-ups Maintain and update CRM systems or lead-tracking sheets accurately Prepare basic reports on outreach performance, enrollment enquiries, and engagement trends Webinars & Events Assist in organising and managing online webinars, info sessions, and admissions events Handle operational coordination during sessions (attendance, communication, follow-ups) Follow up with attendees post-webinar for feedback and next steps Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with admissions, marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless student communication and experience Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) ✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal — comfortable speaking on calls) ✔ Solid presentation and interpersonal skills ✔ Comfortable talking to students and parents professionally ✔ Well-organized with good attention to detail ✔ Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word ✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently ✔ Desire to learn and grow in operations / student success / admissions ✔ Graduate / Final-year student / Pursuing: MBA, BBA, Commerce, B.Tech, or related ✔ Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Teams/Zoom, CRM tools Who Should Apply Candidates who: ✅ Are excellent communicators ✅ Thrive in people-facing roles ✅ Want real world experience in operations & admissions ✅ See themselves building a career in Student Success, Admissions, Operations or Customer Experience Perks & Learning ● Hands-on experience in a fast-growing education tech environment ● Certifications / Letter of Recommendation upon completion ● Opportunity to engage with students and parents regularly ● Learn CRM processes, webinar support, operations workflows, and professional communication Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9sd0
