Billing Executive (Palayam)

Trivandrum Natives are preferred Contact: 8089263160 Job Summary: The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate invoices for bakery products supplied to various outlets, maintaining billing records, coordinating with dispatch and accounts teams, and ensuring timely and error-free billing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily invoices and bills for bakery product distribution to outlets.
- Generate billing entries in Tally/ERP/software accurately.
- Verify product quantities, rates, discounts, and delivery details before billing.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order confirmation.
- Maintain outlet-wise billing records and sales reports.
- Ensure timely preparation of invoices for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle credit notes, debit notes, and billing corrections if required.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and delivery challans.
- Support accounts team in payment follow-up and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and taxation requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales billing summaries for management. Required Skills:
- Knowledge of billing procedures and invoicing.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/MS Excel.
- Good numerical and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience.
- Experience in billing or accounts preferred. Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in billing/accounts, preferably in bakery, FMCG, or retail industry. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
