Assistant Manager (Bawal)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage CSR activities
- Develop and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) plans to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality prototypes.
- Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis to identify trends and optimize production processes.
- PPAP Approval.
- DCN change and implementation. Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in Automobile manufacturing industry/ preferably in a Plastic injection molding.
- Strong understanding of CSR activities, APQP, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), NPD (New Product Development), and SPC principles.
