About the Role We are looking for a skilled Supervisor / Assistant Engineer – Maintenance (GDC) to manage and maintain GDC, RCM, and automation systems. The role involves PLC-based control systems, ABB robots, furnace maintenance, and machine troubleshooting to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance and troubleshooting of SPM (RCM) machines and PLC-based servo control systems Solid hands-on experience with ABB Robots Shift handling and manpower coordination Implementation and adherence to 5S practices Maintenance of pneumatic systems and equipment Booth balancing and process optimization Quick response to breakdowns and minimizing downtime Required Skills & Knowledge Basic knowledge of Siemens & Omron PLCs and servo drives ABB robot troubleshooting and fault diagnosis Good understanding of melting and holding furnaces Experience with GDC, RCM, and Heat Treatment (HT) machines Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems Robust machine troubleshooting skills Technical Expertise Required Burner-related breakdown problem solving Heat treatment and shot blasting machine breakdown & operational issue handling Preventive and corrective maintenance experience Knowledge on ABB Robot.
