Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation for current hires. Manage exit processes including documentation and exit interviews. Employee Engagement & Relations Build and maintain a positive work setting. Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution. Plan engagement activities and initiatives. HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Assist in payroll coordination and compliance processes. Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations. Track employee performance and provide insights to management. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Support employee growth and skill development initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
