Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Human Resources located in Neemrana. The individual will handle full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Core responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, employee engagement, performance management, training and development initiatives, and participating in HR projects. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating payroll activities, and acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Robust knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement

Experience with training and development programs, workforce planning, and compliance with labor laws

Proven skills in handling payroll, HR documentation, and organizational policies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines

Post-graduate degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
