DEO (Data Entry Operator) (Machhrauli)

– DEO (Data Entry Operator) Department : Warehouse / Stores Location : Kulana Reporting To Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager Job Summary The Warehouse DEO is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse records, updating stock data, preparing reports, and coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inward and outward stock entries in the system.
- Update daily inventory and material movement records.
- Prepare GRN, challan, invoice, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock verification.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain attendance and documentation of warehouse manpower if required.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and report to seniors.
- Handle ERP/software data entry related to warehouse operations.
- Support audit and compliance documentation. Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory handling.
- Familiarity with ERP/software systems is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Diploma or computer certification preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations preferred.
- Freshers with valuable computer knowledge may also apply. Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts may be applicable.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain data accuracy. Pay: ₹16,000.00
