Quality Manager (Neemrana)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct in-process inspections across production lines to identify and address defects.
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and production specifications.
- Analyse rejection data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct monthly process audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Manage incoming material inspections and evaluate supplier quality performance.
- Oversee final quality inspection and outgoing quality checks before dispatch.
- Handle customer complaints investigate, implement CAPA, and close within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams on quality-related matters.
- Maintain quality documentation and MIS reports for management review.
- Certificate and external and internal Audit process knowledge should be there. Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Management in a manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AQL standards, and quality tools (5-Why, FMEA, SPC, Pareto).
- Experience with NABL labs, BIFMA, or international quality certifications is an advantage.
