Engineer - Assembly (Bawal)

Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure continuous manufacturing flow and 100% DI adherence as per customer plan. 2. Manpower & resource planning for the shift operation. 3. Ensure all quality parameters are adhered (including FPA) while starting the production. 4. Deploy PDCA approach and achieve 100% production plan. 5. Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and resources to increase productivity. 6. Carryout why- why analyses of the problem and reduce rejection Level. 7. Ensure protected operation of machine and reduce machine breakdown. 8. Ensure production plan is achieved as plan received from PPC. 9. Ensure process quality standards are adhered as per control plan. 10. Ensure adherence to TPM activities. 11. Documentation and audit compliance related to IATF 16949, ISO-14001& EMS/OHSAS-18001. 12. Ensure safety standards are adhered while running the operations. 13. Resolve the problems and issues related to operation and people encountered during the shift. 14. Ensure workplace discipline, procedures and policies are observed by the employees at shopfloor. 15. Ensure Safety & 5S in the department. 16. Impart continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational results.
