Role&Responsibilities ATL for Forgining maintenance team to supervise and perform maintenance activities. Support process team to establish machine parameters To handle breakdowns during machine trail and production run To perform machine PM activities training of machines and train the subordinatePrepare spare list of PM and breakdown activities Perform machine basic checkpoint as per schedule On hand experience of forging press maintenance Maintenance exposure of EOT crane Preferred Candidate Profile Must have relevant experience of 7 to 13 years in the Maintenance (Forging). On hand experience of forging press maintenance.Maintenance exposure of EOT crane Shot blasting machine function and maintenance knowledge . Knowledge of maintenance related documents preparation like PM check sheet, PM plan MTTR&MTBF targets, spare list.
