Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on optimum utilization of resources and customer demand. Identify potential throughput constraints and implement preventive measures to ensure smooth execution of the production plan. Ensure raw material availability as per the production plan and escalate shortages to avoid any disruption in production.Develop and establish standard processes for production planning, order requests, and scheduling to support lean management and improve production efficiency. Develop optimum inventory strategies to support lean material flow from suppliers to customers Maintain standard inventory levels as per the approved plan and monitor stock availability regularly.Analyze plan vs. actual production performance, identify root causes for gaps, and develop corrective action plans through team problem-solving. Monitor plant Yarizumi (line balancing) and adjust production plans according to daily Yarizumi and customer demand fluctuations. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow in the final assembly process.Conduct and monitor 5S implementation and safety audits within the department. Prepare and maintain IATF / ISO TS 16949 documentation related to production planning and control. Organize production coordination meetings to finalize the next month's production plan. Monitor future production demand forecasts and recommend necessary actions for capacity and resource planning.Prepare and track back orders and in-transit material calculations to avoid line stoppages. Develop inventory reduction plans, take corrective actions, and prepare countermeasures (C/M) against identified gaps. Prepare and monitor line-wise load ratio planning to ensure balanced production capacity utilisation
