Design Engineer (Bawal)

Responsibilities
- Design and develop vision systems for automation applications, including hardware selection, integration and programming.
- Collaborate with mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of vision systems into existing automation setups.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for image processing, pattern recognition, and defect detection using software tools such as Cognex, Keyence, or similar.

- Integrate vision systems with PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, and other automation equipment to enable real-time decision-making and control
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of vision systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through the use of vision automation technologies. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering (Overall Academic >70% )
- Experience Range of 2
- 9 years
