Store Manager (Rishikesh)

- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS activities
- Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment
- Reduce stock loss/shrinkage and maintain audit compliance
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with Area Manager and franchise management
- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies
