Role & responsibilities
- Assist in SAP system monitoring and daily health checks.
- Support user administration (creating, modifying, and managing user accounts).
- Help with system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Participate in transport management and change requests.
- Document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior BASIS administrators on ongoing projects.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and database management.
