Job Summary A Front Office Assistant is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role ensures smooth front desk operations and creates a positive first impression for guests or visitors. Basic Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests/visitors professionally
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails/inquiries
- Manage room reservations and bookings
- Maintain front desk records and guest information
- Handle payments, billing, and invoices
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Support administrative and office tasks as required Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Professional grooming and appearance
- Multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work adaptable shifts Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Pay: ₹13,000.00
