Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
